Smelt Dipping Adventure 2021

Smelt Dipping is a must experience harvest activity available in the great PNW. Not only is smelt dipping a total blast, but everyone is super friendly and helpful, and smelt are amazing eating fish (seriously!). Follow me on this smelt dipping adventure during the 2021 Cowlitz Sport Smelt dipping season. I had zero prior experience smelt dipping, nor did I do much (any?) research other than the regulations and a place to dip at. I cover dipping technique, with lots of what not to do. Cleaning smelt, frying smelt. Lots of impromptu interviews with smelt newbs and pro's. Enjoy!
