In 2021 in Western Washington, we have a no bait and no boat restriction, but this shouldn't stop you from hooking into a wonderfully feisty winter steelhead. This video is going to talk in-depth about identifying which part of the river to fish for steelhead and show exactly what I used to hook and land a steelhead after only a few minutes of casting.
